Hello, my name is Jan and I have successfully helped over 500 people meet their health goals. I also lost over 60lbs with our nutritional plan. I believe in this program so much that I became a Certified Health Coach with Villanova Nursing School to help others, just like you, reach their weight loss goals and get their life back.
The journey of fat loss is full of ups and downs and pitfalls; I am here to help to make you successful in this journey. Guiding people into health is my great joy and delight. Studies have proven that weight loss is more successful with encouragement so the encouragement of a Certified Health Coach is invaluable.

What is Optavia?
Nutrition is essential for balance, for health and even for fat loss. It is not essential for weight loss – in fact if all you do is to restrict calories the chances are that you will indeed lose weight but in all probability it will not be fat! Fat is the last thing that your body wishes to give up.
Our approach is to have nutritionally dense fuelings 6 times per day in order to keep the body balance required for consistent health. Included with these fuelings is the proper nutrition at a calorie deficit. All of this together, plus the proper intake of water, keeping in mind de-stressing and sleep, is the equation that equals health. This includes the balance of proper weight, health levels and habits that over a bit of time and consistency produce optimal health.

What do you get with Take Shape for Life?
1. A free health coach – Your Health Coach will talk with you weekly and daily if needed to get you on the right track and encourage you on your way. Your health coach has gone through the same weightloss journey you are about to go on and they know exactly how you feel and what you are going through. They have gotten to the other side and can help you get the weight off too!
2. Food – You will order your food online, choosing from a wide variety of foods from soups and hot drinks to brownies, ice cream and puddings. Your food is delivered to your door a few days later. In addition to the Medifast meals you will eat one “Lean and Green” meal a day.
3. Celebrate Slim – Keep it off for good with customized plans that shed fat followed by a maintenance plan that will work for life!
